Arriving at Boscoscuro means immersing yourself in nature and truly slowing down. It is a restaurant on Mount Etna designed for those seeking a complete experience, where the setting, cuisine and hospitality all work in harmony. The cuisine begins with the raw ingredients. Local and seasonal ingredients are carefully selected and prepared in a way that respects their natural qualities. The dishes are meticulously crafted in terms of cooking, textures and pairings, with the aim of offering balanced, recognisable and substantial dishes.
The link with Sicilian tradition is ever-present. Starters, first courses and main courses draw on the flavours and structures of local cuisine, developed with a more precise and conscious approach. It is not a question of revolutionising, but of doing well what already exists. The restaurant is open mainly for lunch, with a particular focus on Sundays and social occasions. Dinner is reserved primarily for guests staying in the hotel, ensuring a more attentive service and a more intimate atmosphere.
